Pay it Forward…
Early this week, my friend Kate ran a Pay it Forward contest. I was one of the three lucky winners! I received this beautiful print in the mail yesterday as my prize. I was so excited to receive it. Kate is such a talented photographer and now I have my very own print!!!
So now it is my turn to pay it forward. I have been trying to decide what I could pay forward and then I asked myself what I would like. I would like a new camera strap cover and so that is what I will do. I will make three lucky winners a new camera strap cover out of the black and white fabric you see below. I will use the other colors to make an embellishment of some sort - probably a rosette of some kind.
The first three people to comment after this post will win a handmade camera strap cover, by me. This is only open to people who have blogs because the stipulation is that once you receive your gift, you will need to turn around and pay it forward.
If you don’t happen to have a DSLR, we can talk and I’ll make you something else instead.

Technically, I’m a little unsure about this one. Kelly, the 2nd comment, was a winner on Kate’s site with me. So I think that makes her ineligible. There aren’t any rules written down about this so I’m just going by what I think is fair. I hope I don’t offend, Kelly. I’m so glad you stopped by Momshots and left a comment!

I absolutely agree with you! I was just checking your blog and decided to leave you a comment anyway! I was waiting until you had some other comments and was going to tell you that I wouldn’t accept a gift since I had won the same contest that you did with Kate!! The Pay It Forward Contest should be given to new people so they can get the excitement that we did!!!!

I came by yesterday to tell you that I was glad you liked the print I sent. You had 2 comments on there and I didn’t want to be the third.
I know, there aren’t any rules written down anywhere. I saw the contest over on Daryl’s blog and won. I love those camera straps. Do you sell them on Etsy or anything?
