More Feet; More Perspective
I was driving around with my boys today running errands when I drove past the teal blue warehouse. I love that color and I still hadn’t actually stopped and shot my own photos there. So I screeched to a halt and grabbed Gar to stand in front and pose for a few Momshots.
I’m obsessed.
My kids are used to it.
I took a few and I realized that I seem to be in the mindset of feet as a perspective today. Here’s my favorite from our little impromptu shoot. I enhanced the colors a little bit in photoshop but not a lot. That warehouse is really vivid.
Have you thought anymore about perspective? You don’t have to shoot feet if you don’t want to. But it is fun to mix it up and shoot from a different point of view than you usually do.

I shot one yesterday of a Christmas ornament looking from the top. I thought it turned out pretty cool. I love that building though!!

The feet are the cutest, but the building wall is most interesting at the bottem there. Is it really that color or did you enhance it?

That Christmas ornament sound really cool. Definitely a different perspective!
And yes, that is the true color. It’s a tiny bit more dull than what you see, but it’s pretty close. I think the bottom is really interesting. When you come down, I’ll have to show it to you.

Playing with perspective is fun. I like the “From the ground” perspective a lot…and I used to do a series of “My life through my feet” where I would show what I did that day through pictures of my feet.
I think you’ve challenged me to think a lot more about perspective. Should make for a fun Thanksgiving!
