I’m so glad to have found a site that makes sense to me. I bought a Nikon D3000 last year because I was tired of getting terrible shots of my baby girl. Now, a year later I still do not know how to use it out of Auto, and my photo quality has barely improved. I’ve been so frustrated! I can’t wait to dig into your blog more and learn!

I just tried this out at my desk in my office, I keep meaning to learn manual but I guess I’m lazy. I followed the instructions and normally I’ve always had more than enough light here to take pictures with a low ISO but this time by your directions I had to use the highest ISO. I will have to try some shots outside.

I just stumbled onto your blog and I love it! This is exactly what I was looking for. I just bought a Nikon D90 for the sole purpose of being able to take good pictures of my daughters. They grow up soooo fast and want good pictures to remember these days. Keep up the good work and keep the posts coming! I check your site everyday waiting for something new!
