My kids have been into legos lately and I just did a series of shot of them playing that I need to post. I know this time passes so quickly that I have to take pictures of them playing. My boys used to spend HOURS setting up Army men outside and I’m sooo mad that I didn’t ever take a picture of them doing it. I LOVED watching them out the window and now all I have is that memory because I didn’t take a picture!

ANYWAY, I love your pictures and think each of the actions are fun!

Hi! I am just wondering how do you do all of your picture collages? Or maybe you call them storyboards. I dont know but I am always wanting an easy way to make some, just like the simple 3 picture one you have above! I have Photoshop cs4, lightroom 2, and the plain old picasa. I am VERY new to all of the editing software and everything! Thanks

Thanks, Jessica for taking the time to answer my question. Silly as it sounds, I didn’t know there were free actions out there. I guess I need to do better research.

My favorite action would be the storyboard. I’ve never used it before, but I’ve seen it in “action” on the blogs of others, and I really would like to try it one day soon. My twins are having their 1st birthday party this weekend, so this would be the perfect opportunity!

Loved your post on lighting! I have a room in my house that always has such beautiful lighting. When I tell my husband that, he always looks at me like I’m a little crazy, if he only understood photography!!!

yay!!! I love the hats! They turned out great! This is fun! It is on my list of things to do…. we’ll see how that works
