(I even bought very expensive lenses.) I looked at pro sporting events photogs and they ALL used Canon. Every last one. Some would carry around two and three cameras around their necks and they were all Canon. So I bought one and Wow! Now I'm going to sell my expensive Nikon garbage on Ebay. I love my Canon! I used nikon for years and could never ever get good shots. (I even bought very expensive lenses.) I looked at pro sporting events photogs and they ALL used Canon. Every last one.
